Wardle Grindrod is an entirely independent firm, having been in practice for over twenty-five years, with extensive experience of surveying throughout the Yorkshire area.

We operate a BSi accredited quality assurance system for the supply of survey and valuation services. All surveyors are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the firm is affiliated to the Independent Surveyors' Association and the Leeds Estate Agents, Surveyors and Valuers' Association.

Based in offices at West Park, Leeds, we cover the whole of the West Yorkshire area and also more widely into parts of North, South and East Yorkshire. We have a wide client base which includes many leading banks, local authorities, housing associations, house builders, commercial organisations and in particular individual clients. Our independent status means that we are often recommended by solicitors, estate agents and financial advisers.
