About Us
Wardle Grindrod is an entirely independent firm, having been in practice for over thirty years, with extensive experience of surveying throughout the Yorkshire area.
The principal surveyor, David Grindrod, is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and also a Fellow of the Association of Building Engineers.
The firm is a member of the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association and the Leeds Estate Agents, Surveyors and Valuers' Association. Wardle Grindrod are Regulated by RICS and are RICS Registered Valuers.
We operate a BSi accredited quality assurance system for the supply of survey and valuation services.
Based in offices at West Park, Leeds, we cover the whole of the West Yorkshire area and also more widely into parts of North, South and East Yorkshire. We have a wide client base which includes many leading banks, local authorities, housing associations, house builders, commercial organisations and in particular individual clients. Our independent status means that we are often recommended by solicitors, estate agents and financial advisers.
