A straightforward property valuation, involving a superficial internal and external inspection,
and the preparation of a report. The report will only mention readily identifiable matters which
significantly affect the valuation, and is not therefore considered to be a report on the
property's condition.
This is the type of report normally also undertaken for lending institutions. It is the cheapest
form of report, where professional advice on value is required.
